Going North or South on Route 395 take Exit 5(King St). Go West on King St. to the first traffic light. Turn left on to Park Center Dr. Take your first right on to Ford Ave. 4401 is on your right. Directly across from the building is a parking lot with limited reserved parking for patients. Only park in spaces with signs marked NVFP or MDVIP; otherwise, your car may be towed. If no spaces are available enter the parking garage on Park Center Dr. Park on level A in the red area to access the elevators for 4401 Ford Ave. We are on the second floor, suite 250. We will validate your parking.
