Traditional Family Practice

Ms. Saunders grew up on the central coast of California and graduated from the University of California, Davis.  After traveling the world as a Peace Corps Volunteer and with her husband on various overseas military assignments, she graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at George Washington University with a Masters of Science in Health Science in 1998.

As a Board Certified Physician Assistant she is able to treat both acute and chronic illnesses under the physician's supervision.  She enjoys the challenge of Family Medicine, especially disease prevention and health education.  Ms. Saunders is fluent in Spanish.  She and her husband reside in Alexandria.
